Understanding My Sphere Features

Community Plans:

Create a Plan:

1. Click “Manage Members” section of your Admin Tools and select “Plans”.

2. Click “Create Plan”.

3. Name your plan. (tip)

4. Select payment type.

1. Free: Members can choose this plan without paying a fee.

2. Subscription: Collect recurring payments for this membership.

3. One-time payment: Collect one payment in exchange for a lifetime membership.

5. Select “show Popular badge on pricing table” if you’d like that on this plan.

6. Complete your plan description.

7. Click “save changes” to complete creating your plan.

Edit a Plan:

1. Click “Manage Members” section of your Admin Tools and select “Plans”.

2. Click on the plan name.

3. Complete your edit.

4. Click “save changes” to save any edits.

Delete a Plan:

1. Click “Manage Members” section of your Admin Tools and select “Plans”.

2. Click on the plan name.

3. Click on the trash icon in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Click confirm “delete”.

5. Please note a deletion is final.

Adding a Member to a Plan:

1. Click on Admin Tools.

2. Click on Members.

3. Locate the member’s name and click on the three-dot icon.

4. Select “profile” from the drop-down.

5. Click on “sphere roles”.

6. Select the plan name from the drop-down.

7. Click “save updates”.

Removing a Member from a Plan:

1. Click on Admin Tools.

2. Click on Members.

3. Locate the member’s name and click on the three-dot icon.

4. Select “profile” from the drop-down.

5. Locate “sphere roles”.

6. Click the “x” icon on the Plan Name in the “Sphere Role” box.

7. Click “Save Updates”
