This Creator and Product Requirements Policy is incorporated into the Sphere Creator Contract. By creating an account, you agree to comply with these requirements. Sphere is a platform for creators to build communities and sell high-quality digital products, memberships, and services. To maintain a safe and professional environment, we require all creators and products to meet the following standards.

· To sell on Sphere, you must maintain a high standard of transparency and support:

· Accurate Descriptions: Your Sphere and product pages must accurately and clearly describe what you are selling.

· Identity Verification: You must provide accurate identity and contact information as requested by Sphere to comply with legal requirements (including the INFORM Consumers Act).

Sphere prohibits the sale or promotion of the following categories of products and services:

· Illegal substances, prescription drugs, or unlicensed pharmaceuticals.

· Weapons, ammunition, explosives, or instructions for manufacturing weapons.

· Products promoting or facilitating human trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation.

· Unlicensed proprietary content or tools designed to bypass copyright protections (e.g., pirated software, 'warez').

· Personal data, mailing lists, or tools designed to harvest private information (e.g., SSN lookups, keyloggers).

· Unauthorized AI-generated likenesses, deepfakes, or voice clones used unfairly or without consent.

· Securities, stocks, bonds, deeds, or titles.

· Money transfers, digital cash, gift certificates, or offshore bank account setup.

· Multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or 'get-rich-quick' products with no appreciable value other than resale.

· Credit repair services or credit reports.

· Unlicensed practice of regulated professions, including legal, medical, pharmaceutical, or brokerage services.

· Note: Educational content, coaching, and general consulting are permitted, provided they do not claim to be licensed professional advice.

· Lotteries, sweepstakes, raffles, wagers, or gambling of any kind.

· Pornography or sexually explicit entertainment.

· Any content depicting or supporting the exploitation or abuse of minors (Zero Tolerance).

· Spyware, malware, hacking tools, or software designed to interfere with system operations.

· Spamming tools or services designed to violate the terms of use of other platforms (e.g., selling fake social media traffic).

· Academic dishonesty tools, such as term papers or academic works for hire.

Sphere may require additional disclosures or disclaimers for certain product categories (e.g., health and wellness, financial coaching, or AI tools). You agree to include these as a condition of selling those products on the platform.

Sphere reserves the right to decline, delist, or remove any product at its sole discretion. Offering prohibited products may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
