Short Answer:
You can include a popular badge on a plan from Member Plans & Roles tab in Admin Tools.
Steps:
1. Go to Admin Tools.
2. Click the Member Plans & Roles and then Plans.
3. Click the + to add a plan and enable Show Popular Badge on Pricing Table
4. Click on an existing plan and enable Show Popular Badge on Pricing Table and click Save Changes.
