Short Answer:
You can upload an image or video to a post using the image and video pickers within the post composition window.
Steps:
1. Click Create Post.
2. For images, click on the Insert Image button, choose an image from your device and click upload.
3. For videos, click on the Insert Video button, choose a video from your device and click upload.
