Create a Post for your Feed:

1. Click on the “create post” icon.

2. Create a title for your post. (Title is a required field.)

3. Click on “start typing” and begin to craft your copy.

4. Click “add thumbnail” if you’d like to include this on your post.

5. Use the toolbar to add images, videos, audio files, or access your media library.

6. Optional: Add a search tag to a post. (See Search Tag Benefits)

7. Optional: Add a post to a collection. (See Create a Collection)

8. Optional: Toggle on/off “post in main feed”.

9. Optional: Toggle on/off “allow comments”.

10. Select the appropriate access for your post.

1. Public: Any member of your Sphere can see and access this content.

2. Admin Only: An individual with the assigned role “Administrator ” will see this post in their feed. (See Assigning Roles)

3. By Role: Any individual with a selected assigned role will see this post in their feed. (See Assigning Roles)

11. Click “Publish”.

Edit a Post:

1. Click on the “three-dot” icon on your post.

2. Select “edit content”.

3. Make your edit. Click “next”.

4. Click “save”.

Delete a Post:

1. Click on the “three-dot” icon on your post.

2. Click confirmation to delete. (All deletions are final.)
